With over four decades of experience in foreclosure services, Kelli is responsible for commercial and residential foreclosure processing, senior lien monitoring, deed in lieu, VA/FHA conveyances and complex foreclosures. She ensures strict compliance with FNMA and FHLMC default requirements.
As an active member of the UTA (United Trustee Association) she keeps up to date on all changes and requirements for multiple state processing.
Espinoza began her career at Calwide Trust Deed Services in Reseda as a Trustee Sale Officer. She then continued her career as the Foreclosure Manager for Title Trust Deed Service Company in Calabasas for 17 years, before joining the Peak Foreclosure team in 2004.
Senior Trustee Sales Officer
With nearly two decades of experience at Peak Foreclosure, Lilian serves as Senior Trustee Sales Officer. She handles the entire foreclosure process from start to finish, including file management, documentation, issuing notices of default and sale, verifying trustee sale guarantees, title claims, submitting bids for auction, and more. Lilian is committed to meeting deadlines and staying updated on new civil codes that impact the foreclosure process across multiple states
Lilian strives to deliver the best customer service possible, ensuring a smooth and excellent experience for her clients. In her free time, she enjoys watching her kids play baseball and softball, spending many hours at the fields and on the road for practices and games - a commitment she cherishes.

Gil Priel brings over four decades of expert experience in the real estate industry. He began his career in 1978 with the private equity acquisition and management of office buildings in Los Angeles and has since grown his portfolio to encompass a diverse range of real estate assets across multiple states.
Gil has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate, including commercial and residential development and management, renovations, financing (portfolio lending for commercial and residential properties), non-performing debt acquisition, broker deal completion, and private equity bridge financing.
